1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Booking data: name, email, phone, company (optional), journey details, flight number, child-seat details, notes, language, and the policy version you accepted with the time you accepted it.

Payment data: we receive a payment status and reference from SumUp. We never receive or store your card number.

Contact messages and technical logs needed to keep the site secure.

3. Why we use it

To provide and manage your booking and payment (contract), to send booking-related messages (contract), to prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interest), to meet legal obligations such as invoicing, and to send marketing only if you opt in (consent).

4. Who receives it

SumUp (payments), our email service provider, our hosting provider, and the address search and map providers used on the booking page. Your chauffeur receives the details needed to carry out the journey.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for the service and for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can complain to your data protection authority.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
